Bug#668830: sundials: Adjust for the new octave package version 3.6.1

The current version of sundials in sid build-depends on
octave-pkg-dev. This package will be removed from unstable once the
transition to the new version of octave (currently 3.6.1) is completed
(see the wiki page of the DOG [1]). The transition is being tracked at
[2]

The attached patch makes the necessary changes regarding this. The
patch is generated using the debdiff utility.
