Hi,

I will close this bug, as it is already marked by maintainer as fixed in
3.8.3-25 and 3.8.3-27;  the latter is already in testing.

The relevant changes might have been:

>  atlas (3.8.3-25) unstable; urgency=low
>    * Force the number of threads to 2

and:

>  atlas (3.8.3-27) unstable; urgency=low
>    * Fix a build issue with 64 archs. This issue has been introduced by upload
>      3.8.3-25
