problem with cctbx

Build confirmed on amd64 with the following versions:

cctbx: 0793937 (Typo in control and some work on copyright.)
clipper: 2070291 (multi-arch, dh)
gpp4: fd723a3 (make the package binNMUable)
mmdb: 80da423 (multiarch, debug package, prepare for debian-science)

Trying i386 now.
