Hi,

Building salome's netgen plugin
(http://git.salome-platform.org/gitweb/?p=NETGENPLUGIN_SRC.git) requires
some of netgen's internal headers.  The attached patch ships those in a
separate netgen-headers package.  Thanks for considering.
