Bug#685628: arduino-mk: Please make OBJDIR overrideable

Hi,

I frequently build objects for more than one type of board.
It'd therefore be nice if OBJDIR would be surrounded by "ifndef",
and/or if it would default to build-$(BOARD_TAG).
