Dear Maintainer,

While trying to help fix the build failure, I noticed that the
fpoptimiser file contained what best can be described as obfuscated
sourcecode.

apparantly it is generated by a generator and some data that is not in
debian (but available upstream).  I guess you're using the wrong tarball
to build & distribute.
