Bug#686318: liblapack-doc: Weird size increase from 14Mb to 741Mb between versions 3.2.1 and 3.4.1

Dear Maintainer,

I do not know your reasons for increase installed size 50 times. But
seeing need for extra 700Mb for upgrade I prefered to remove this package at all. 
If such size increase is not error maybe it worth to split this package
to something like liblapack-lite-doc(old 14Mb) and liblapack-full-doc(741Mb).
