Bug#659133: freecad: Please switch from deprecated opencascade to oce

Hello,

Due to the slow (or often nonexistent) responsiveness of OpenCASCADE to
user feedback, patches, etc., users created the OpenCASCADE Community
Edition, or OCE.  Debian has adopted OCE as its standard OpenCASCADE
implementation, and there is an OCE package now.

Please change freecad to use OCE build-dependencies instead of
OpenCASCADE (liboce-foundation-dev etc.).
