Bug#646374: draft module won't work

Confirm this bug (FreeCAD from unstable /0.12/). Draft (2d) workbench
won't work at all.

It might be connected somehow with python-pivy package. And there's a
corresponding bug in Ubuntu:

Meantime FreeCAD from stable (0.10) has draft (2d) workbench working.
But in needs python-pivy to be installed (and there's no hard dependency
for that during install, so that such dependency absence might be a
minor bug).
