Hi,

Verison 1.4.1-2 to valgrind was added to Build-Depends.
valgrind is not supported other than i386, amd64, s390, powerpc, armel
and armhf.
Therefore, it is not built in other architecture[0].
We need to set suppot architecture of valgrind.
