Bug#680242: don't rely on yorick to pass the fortified build flags

Package: yorick-gyoto
Version: 0.0.3-1
Severity: important

Hi,

Currently, yorick-gyoto gets its build flags from yorick-dev's
/usr/share/yorick/Make.cfg. Previous versions of this file (until
yorick/2.2.02+dfsg-5) lacked certain flags and in any case it's best to get the
right flags directly from dpkg-buildflags.

Getting those flags right is a release goal, hence the important severity.

Regards, Thibaut.
