Bug#683176: freefoam: The /usr/share/freefoam/data/foamLog.db is in the wrong place and package

Dear Maintainer,

Related to #683175, the file /usr/share/freefoam/data/foamLog.db should be
installed into /usr/share/freefoam/foamLog.db where the freefoam-log utility
expects it to be. This is a problem in the build system and fixed by the commit
http://repo.or.cz/w/freefoam.git?a=commit;h=97511926f09c0fe720ed61bb1ced5acfd38c73bb

The second issue is that the file should be in the freefoam binary package, not
libfreefoam-dev as it is required by the freefoam-log utility to run.
