apertium at risk of removal

Dear Debian Science Maintainers,
Please consider taking over maintainership of the apertium package and its
friends. Currently they are all at risk of removal because of maintainer
inactivity, multiple NMU, low popcon, etc. As your package
science-linguistics depends on apertium you have an interest in the matter.
