Bug#676980: Watch file

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for report. Actually the current clhep package already ships a
watch file, and the new watch file is incompatible with the source
tarball [1], so I would manually close this bug.

Anyway, I will extend the current watch file to support more uscan
options, as you suggested for fastjet.
