Let's close our eyes for now, on how it's currently done in experimental.

Depends: ${python:Depends}, ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends},
python-numpy-abi9, python-numpy (>= 1:1.6.1)

Can't find an svn branch for stable. I guess trunk is in use to upload
to both?
