Hi.
Having same problem here. Not opening another bug, since this is
alread reported; but this deserves the "important" tag because it is
now breaking other packages. I am however refraining from doing so
because I am no expert on packaging policy.
This system is updated to experimental very frequently (2/3 times a
week); but this issue has appeared only today - with the last upgrade
3/4 days back.

Since this is breaking other packages, hope this will be taken as an
important bug.
Had not noticed what is going on, so do not have what exactly
transpired with the upgrade command. I suspect it is irrelevant
anyway.
