Bug#689453: Pre-approval request, Gnuplot 4.6.1 for Wheezy

Hi Niels,

thanks for feedback! The diff is really huge (about 65000 lines). Even
if some irrelevant files will be skipped, it will still be "unreadable".

I have uploaded 4.6.1 version about 2 weeks ago into experimental,
so the users are able to install it from there, if they need this
particular version. So, I think we can stay with 4.6.0 version for Wheezy.

Anyway, the compressed pristine diff between 2 versions is in attachment.
