Package: elmer
Version: 6.1.0.svn.5396.dfsg2-1
Severity: normal

Started ElmerGUI from command line (doesn't show up in Debian menu).
Following the first tutorial in ElmerTutorials.pdf:
File->Open /usr/share/ElmerGUI/samples/step/pump_carter_sup.stp
Image of part appears, "Meshing" runs to completion.
Click "Model"
Image of meshed part appears, truncated on right and at bottom.
"Summary" shows 7943 nodes. Tutorial says there sould be 8371.
Click "Exit".  Segfaults.

Repeat above procedure with strace:
No truncation until I relocate and expand the window. Truncation then
appears as above along with yellow garbage in the lower part of the
window. Segfaults on exit, leaving this trace:

[{WIFSIGNALED(s) && WTERMSIG(s) == SIGSEGV}], 0, NULL) = 18142
--- SIGCHLD (Child exited) @ 0 (0) ---
rt_sigreturn(0x11)                      = 18142
write(2, "Segmentation fault\n", 19Segmentation fault
)    = 19
read(10, "", 8192)                      = 0
exit_group(139)
