Yes I did that.

I have concluded, after the suggestion of my sponsor DD Sebastien Villemote, 
that I will upload version 1.11.2 (not 1.11.3) with a Comment in the Files: 
texinfo/* section in the debian/copyright file.

I think that these changes will not be included in the upload for the RC bugfix 
because

Also the source files that change after build have been included as extend-diff-
ignore arguments in the debian/source/options file.
