Well, it's a single file with a single copyright holder: I don't know,
maybe Aaron Holtzman may be contacted and persuaded to re-license the
file under the terms of the GNU LGPL v2.1 ...

Nonetheless, I still think that the problem should be attacked from the
other side: it's Open CASCADE Technology that should become
GPL-compatible, rather than all the rest being "isolated" from
GPL-licensed libraries!    :-(

Anton, I would like to say this explicitly: thanks for your time and
for the effort you are putting into these Open CASCADE related issues.
Even though the short-term solutions are not completely satisfying (the
real solution is persuading Open CASCADE S.A.S. to re-license in a
GPL-compatible manner, as I keep repeating like a broken record!),
I appreciate that you are trying hard to keep the affected packages in
Debian. Thanks!
