cctbx debian package: new commit

Hi all,

I just wanted to say that I'm still around, even though I couldn't do
any cctbx work this month, sorry about that. I have a paid contract due
at the begining of november, and I'm really late with it.

I do understand that the patches can't go in without the test
infrastructure, and I'll do my best to find some time to finish it, but
I can't tell for sure when it's done.

If I'm holding up someone else's work, please ping me, I'll make an
extra effort.
