Bug#689665: arduino-mk: Path for ard-parse-boards in Arduino.mk is not correct

The path used in the file Arduino.mk is /usr/share/ard-parse-boards but this binary is installed by the package in /usr/bin/ .
Either the makefile should be change or the install path of the binary.
