pkg-config of libflann

Yes, -lflann_cpp-gd should be deleted from flann.pc.. This is fixed in
trunk (https://github.com/mariusmuja/flann/blob/master/cmake/flann.pc.in)
and the fix will be included in the next FLANN version.
