Bug#691610: fix closes both Bug#690766 and Bug#691610 for rheolef

Dear Jonathan,

Many thanks for your patch to the rheolef_6.1-2/debian/control file.
It fixes the rheolef_6.1-2 testing and unstable debian files
and closes both #690766 and #691610.

Notes that this fix was independently introduced in the experimental
debianization rheolef_6.2-1~exp1 associated to the rheolef-6.2 upstream sources.

The debian files for sid and wheezy are now ready in SVN
for upload as rheolef_6.1-3.
