You're welcome, but please remember there's still the m68k issue!

As far as I can tell, it should be enough to ask for the removal of
gmsh/2.3.0.dfsg-1 binary packages from the ports archive and
the removal should automatically propagate to all the mirrors.
After doing this, the dependency on the GSL library will be able to be
really considered dropped.
