Hello D Haley,

thanks for maintaining and updating the package, but please, clean the
package a little bit:

1) README.source is useles, remove it.
2) Use compat level 9.
3) Current Standards-Version is 3.9.4.
4) DM-Upload-Allowed flag is obsolete.
5) Update copyright-file to DEP-5.
6) Update patches to DEP-3 (just 3-4 fields are enough).
7) Check, whether all lines in "dirs" are necessary. In most of cases
this file can be removed completely.
8) Not sure whether debian/source/local-options is needed.
9) debian/rules will look better and simpler, with dh 9 override_* commands.
