Will you take care of this?

I also noticed three new files showing up on amd64:

libatlas-test:
Files in second .deb but not in first
-------------------------------------
-rwxr-xr-x  root/root   /usr/lib/libatlas-test/xcsv
-rwxr-xr-x  root/root   /usr/lib/libatlas-test/xdsv
-rwxr-xr-x  root/root   /usr/lib/libatlas-test/xssv

I hope this is another point of "non-determinism" and nothing critical.
