Yes, I think that these bi-arch 32-bit libraries now do more harm than
good, since they are not needed and use non-standard paths (thus don't
work by default).

The only problem is libmpfr4-dbg, which isn't multi-arch yet.
The amd64 version currently contains:

/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmpfr.so.4.1.1
/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib32/libmpfr.so.4.1.1

and it doesn't have "Multi-Arch: same". It should be made multi-arch,
dropping the bi-arch version.
