Bug#718892: arduino-mk: support more file extensions

Package: arduino-mk
Version: 0.10-2
Severity: minor

C and C++ files are named with several extensions: implementation files
as .c, .cpp, or .cc, headers as .h, .hpp, or .hh. The original makefile
supported all those implementation extensions and didn't use headers.

The Debian package contains a patch which adds support for
auto-detecting libraries. However, it doesn't look for .cc, .hh, or
.hpp. This is easy to fix, by adding those extensions to the wildcard
expressions in that target (it's a wildcard since my previous patch
(#718454), not yet in the archive).

I'm adding this patch to the NMU, which was scheduled for august 9, and
reschedule it to DELAYED/6, which is august 12. If you want any
changes, please let me know and I'll cancel or delay the upload.

Or you can just make an upload yourself; that way mine will fail and all
will be good.

Thanks,
Bas
