Bug#706798: transition: Libav 9

Hi all,
 There are three packages from experimental which are stalling the
libav9 transition. One of them libopencv-core2.4 is maintained by the
debian science team.

$ aptitude show libopencv-core2.4 | grep Maintainer
Maintainer: Debian Science Team
<debian-science-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>

$ apt-cache policy libopencv-core2.4
libopencv-core2.4:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 2.4.6.1+dfsg-0exp1
  Version table:
     2.4.6.1+dfsg-0exp1 0
          1 http://debian.ec.as6453.net/debian/ experimental/main amd64 Packages

So can the maintainers rebuild the package so it builds against libav9
