Bug#713743: lhapdf: FTBFS: octave/Makefile.am:9: error: using '$(srcdir)' in TESTS is currently broken: '$(srcdir)/lhapdf-octave-example1.m'

Hi,

it also fails on other architectures with the same error.
I tried it on i386, mips and mipsel.

As I saw from build status for lhapdf, 
this package was buit successfully in the past :
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=lhapdf&suite=sid

The problem is that version of automake was change in mean time,
from 1.11.6 to 1.14.

A patch fixing this issue is attached.


Also, tests are disabled for hurd-i386, mips, mipsel and s390
with:
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS += nocheck
but is needed to add 
export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
into debian/rules file.
