Bug#731577: dxflib: Please move dxflib 2.5.0 from experiemntal to unstable

I want to upload cloudcompare to Debian, which needs dxflib 2.5.0. 
2.5.0 has been in experimental for a few months now. Is there any reason not to upload it to unstable?

Do you have a planned schedule? Would an NMU help?

I did try emailing privately but got no response, so trying a bugreport instead.
