Bug#733279: scilab: missing changelog entries

Hi,

Changelog entries for scilab versions 5.3.3-5 through 5.3.3-10 are missing.
Apart from the serious loss of change information, this causes misleading
information in the BTS and other tools.

Please add the missing changelog entries back into the next upload of this
package.
