It is not a problem. This is not the IRC, real-time communication is not
required. You can write comment at forum [1] or send email to mailing
list [2] when you have a spare time.

I began a thread [2] in their mailing list recently. Everybody can reply
into it. And I do not think that extra messages are needed from my side.
