Bug#697697: ecere-sdk: binary package conflict with eclib

Hi guys,

I've uploaded ecere-sdk 0.44.03-1 to mentors.debian.net:

http://mentors.debian.net/package/ecere-sdk

This solves the conflict with libec0 (The eC compiler library package is
now libecc0)
