OpticalRayTracer upload

Hello,

a couple of notes about your changes:
1) put desktop-file into the debian/ directory. No need to do it
    through the patch.
2) create opticalraytracer.install file and write there something like
    "debian/opticalraytracer.desktop usr/share/applications/opticalraytracer"
    after that you can drop some lines in debian/rules/
3) describe in changelog, what standard version was changed and what
   changes are done (if any).
4) Remove obsolete  DM-Upload-Allowed flag.
5) (optional) think about using debhelper 9 (using override_* stuff). It will
    make your debian/rules file much nicer. No need to do it urgent.
