Bug#698527: elmer: executable ElmerGUI.real links with both GPL-licensed and GPL-incompatible libraries

Hi,

I propose to remove executable ElmerGUI.real from the package. Anyway,
it is better, than to remove the whole package.

But we need to get a pre-approval permission from release-managers.
Could you, please, provide a patch?
