Dear maintainer,
Your package had some licensing issues that need to be corrected.
numexpr/win32/pthread.* does not actually appear to be MIT-licensed, since it
comes from Git and no license is specified beyond the Signed-off-by, which
indicates GPL-2-compatible. See

License for numexpr/cpuinfo.py must be reproduced in debian/copyright, not
referenced in LICENSE.txt. There is no LICENSES/cpuinfo.txt (which the file
itself references)
You may also want to remove README.source, since it is an empty file.
