Bug#710669: freecad crash: reason and workaround found

Hi,

OK, I found the reason for this crash. In short: This can be fixed
by using libsoqt4-20 (>= 1.5.0-2.1). The package needs a versioned
dependency!

In long: freecad depends on libcoin80 and libsoqt4-20. But
libsoqt4-20 from testing and stable links against libcoin60,
thus both libcoin libraries are linked into the binary.
