Bug#717640: [paw] please transition from lesstif2 to motif

As a supplemental note - as the xbae maintainer, I don't mind holding off
temporarily on uploading the Motif-built version to unstable.  If I did it now,
it would render paw and its reverse dependencies uninstallable.  paw and grace
are the only two packages that Build-Depend on libxbae-dev, and I also maintain
grace.

Please let me know when you're ready to upload to unstable, and I'll upload
xbae accordingly.
