Concerning the wheezy package, there is not much that I can do now. You
have two options: compile a custom ATLAS package (as explained in the
README.Debian), or switch to OpenBLAS.

Otherwise, I just uploaded ATLAS 3.10 to sid, and it is supposed to be
much better at avoiding illegal instructions in the generic package. Can
you please give it a try on the machine that got the illops, and tell me
whether this is now fixed?
