Bug#718252: rename "Paraview viewer" to "Paraview client"?

Package: paraview
Version: 4.0.1-1

After installing Paraview, its menu item in xfce (likely other managers 
too?) is placed under "Education" and named "Paraview viewer".

In my understanding, the "viewer" name is misleading - perhaps it could 
be named "client" (as in the Paraview docs). "Education" category is 
also not too intuitive...
