Bug#711139: gnuplot-qt: the grid doesn't work with the 'qt' terminal

With the 'qt' terminal, clicking on the "grid" button doesn't have any
effect. No such problem with the 'wxt' terminal (default).

To reproduce the problem:

$ GNUTERM=qt gnuplot -persist <<EOF
plot '-' using 1:2 t '' with line
0 0
10 10
e
EOF
