Bug#711812: f reecad Version: 0.13.1830-dfsg-2

Good day

freecad Version: 0.13.1830-dfsg-2 needs the version 4 of the coin
package. Freecad will not load without it. I am not sure where this
version of coin is. I hate to say this but Freecad works in ubuntu. So
the version  four of coin might be available there. 

I am assuming that libcoin80 is version 3 looking at the installed
candidate.
