Bug#713942: libgmsh-dev: missing header in /usr/include/gmsh causes dependent packages to ftbs

Dear Maintainer,

> /usr/include/gmsh/GModel.h:20:10: fatal error: 'boundaryLayersData.h' file not found
> #include "boundaryLayersData.h"

Feel++ ftbs while being compiled because some Gmsh header is missing in ligmsh-dev
to my knowledge this is the only one missing. Adding boundaryLayersData.h to /usr/include/gmsh 
fixes the issue
