I just found out, that module_list.py only uses the preprocessor defines
from flags.conf. Since polybori 0.8.3 adds them to a config.h, this
is not necessary anymore.

PS: Applying
https://bitbucket.org/brickenstein/polybori/commits/720f7ed5 should
yield better .pc files now.
