Bug#702887: Problem in the include file

the flint as packaged in debian-science didn't compile because of a 
problem with /usr/include/zn_poly/zn_poly.h, namely that line (number 
72) gives an error stating there are two unsigned :

typedef unsigned long  ulong;

commenting out that line made it build.
