Bug#704064: spyder could suggest gitk and git-gui

Dear Maintainer,

As you may already know, Spyder is able to somehow integrate  with version
control systems like git. git integration is performed via "right click" on the
"File explorer" and choosing the "Commit" or "Browse repository" options.

These two menu options call "git-gui" and "gitk" commands respectively.

Therefore, I believe that both git-gui and gitk enhance spyder and it would be
nice for both packages to be added to spyder's debian/control as suggested
packages.

Feel free to "wontfix" this bug if you have strong feelings otherwise.
