* What led up to the situation?
Use of spyder2 on the secondary screen

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Move the application to the secondary screen and open a menu

* What was the outcome of this action?
The menu content is opened just below (and touching) the menu name

* What outcome did you expect instead?
The menu content opened **far away** below the menu name
