Bug#710313: yade: FTBFS on powerpc and sparc: gold not usable yet

Source: yade
Version: 0.97.0-2
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
Builds of yade for powerpc and sparc have been failing because gold
still doesn't entirely work on either architecture:
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/CMakeTestCCompiler.cmake:61 (message):
The C compiler "/usr/bin/cc" is not able to compile a simple test program.
[...]
/usr/bin/ld: internal error in set_offset, at ../../gold/output.cc:4622
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Could you please refrain from build-depending on binutils-gold on
those two architectures for now?
Thanks!
